I'm Brian Goad. My family has been building houses in Clarksville since the 1950s — three generations, going back to my grandfather and his sons working as block masons in Nashville in the 1920s.

 

Today I build new homes here in Clarksville: spec homes for sale, custom and semi-custom builds on your lot, plus additions and remodels. Some of the homes for sale are finished; others are still under construction, which means the finish selections are still yours to make.

 

Clarksville keeps growing. People are coming from Nashville, and I've sold to buyers relocating from as far as California, Florida, and Texas. Your money buys more house here, and I've been building through all of it.

 

A lot of my buyers are moving here for Fort Campbell. Orders come with a clock on them, and the house often gets chosen from another state or another continent, sight unseen. Ask me anything you'd ask if you were standing in the driveway.
