After earning an MBA from UT Knoxville, I spent several years in the corporate world before returning to my roots in homebuilding. Working with large companies on complex projects and account management helped me refine the communication skills that are essential to custom builds, additions, and remodeling.

 

Clients come to me at different stages. Some have a lot and a plan in hand and are ready to build a custom or semi-custom home. Others are buying a house already under construction and selecting their finishes while it is being framed. Others are still deciding, and for them I provide feasibility reviews, lot evaluations, and plan reviews. I also take on additions and remodels for homeowners who intend to stay where they are.
